Teaming- companies to start with?

If you break it down as a mileage “bonus “ it would come out to less than a penny per mile. Doesn’t sound so good if you look at it that way.

 

Yeah, I think their signing bonus is hot garbage. But I was just reporting the facts as I understood them. Lol

 

Tough it out for a year. Then go to FEDEX Ground. Still teaming but you will be paid a lot more with a lot less waiting.

 

We are currently with a Fed Ex ground contractor. GF and I run team. We get Sunday and Mondays off, and guaranteed pay of $1500 each every week. Or .70 per mile, whichever is greater. We are non-dedicated (wild) and like it that way. This is an easy job.
