The Staff and Instructors were awesome ! Good people that won't screw you over. It's an 18 day/180 hour program.
You will do very well IF you go in with the right/positive attitude. If you go in with a "know-it-all" attitude.... well then, you are F'd.
The cost is $5000 if you finance and a $1000 discount if you pay cash. If you are a Vet you can use the GI Bill "IF" you are Eligible. Ask about their Veteran's Discount as well.
Only real knock is the equipment is beat to hell and back. However, they are in the process though of rotating in some newer equipment.
UDS is a $1000 less than the school down in Christiana ..... TDI or Truck Driver's Institute. TDI may have better equipment but they have a very bad reputation for abusive instructors. Many complaints of instructors screaming and belittling students. Sorry, anyone that screams/yells at students has not one clue on how to properly teach human beings.Last edited: Feb 4, 2019
