    i read thru much of it, it has to do with human rights. show me EXACTLY where a canadian employer MUST provide the fired driver aride home.

    Thats what i read also. Mayby they should have examples written up. Seem to have them about everything else. Mayby in those other examples the employers should top off their gas tank, and a couple hundred bucks toward a new set of tires?

    sexual harassment, age discrimination, and probationary discrimination...nothing, absolutely NOTHING about a Canadian trucking company, being liable to get a fired (or quit) driver home.

    it's all got to do with discrimination, NOTHING about a fired trucker.....

    for that matter, then ALL fired/quit Canadian employees ought to be compensated for.

    it just ain't true, and if on a government website it cannot be found, then it just ain't true...
