TESLA autonomous car feature GOES out of control, Driver locked out of controls

Out of the four days I've worked this week, I've had four different trucks (slip seat) and two have had mitigation system errors.

 

it's the aliens i tell you...it's the aliens.......

 

How many driver errors did they have that may or may not have been recorded?

 

I'm assuming they're all recorded since it's a system fault message. Probably something the mechanic can pull up a code for and see the real issue I'm assuming. Our shop guys say it's one of their biggest issues. And I agree, it's the aliens doing it! lol

 

While initial reports contained a statement from Tesla that “the driver always has control,” these statements were later removed without explanation.

I love when Musk saying that his Tesla can operate completely without a driver, but as soon as something happens, Tesla blame everything on a driver.
Why in a world no one who buy this 70+grand car , sue Tesla for misleading it's autopilot name...

 

How did flat earthers show up in the comments section? In regards to the accident, I've seen Tesla evangelists claim that the service on the steering wheel cannot overpower a driver, and that the brakes cannot be blocked out.
