Texas downgraded my CDL to class C after I moved to South Carolina and surrendered my Texas license and got a South Carolina CDL . I am trying to get a part time job with a company , they run my mvr and it shows no driving experience in Texas . Texas says they can't fix it to show I had a CDL in there state because my physical card expired after I had my SC CDL . So I only show 2 years driving in SC and company needs 5 years . Been driving for 25 years . Any ideas on how to fix this .

Do you have any old tax returns documents W-2s, paystubs etc?
kylefitzy and Wasted Thyme Thank this. -
Notarized letters from previous employers maybe? 25 years as a CDL holders must have quite a paper trail behind it. Ask the recruiter from the new company how they would like you to document your experience. I'm sure you aren't the first one to walk through their door with this dilemma. Good luck!

PSP reports would show inspections for the last three years and accidents for 5 years.
Your former employers are generally where a company verifies you have driven a truck for someone else when you said you did. Your MVR really has nothing to do with that. I don't know if keeping copies of your old logs would help. If you owned your own company and are having this problem when going somewhere else I'd assume proof you were part of a drug consortium would be enough.Jasmit7793 Thanks this. -

My mvr shows the date I obtained my cdl.
Does texas not do that?
On another note. You should be able to get a lifetime mvr. That might help. Maybe.Jasmit7793 Thanks this. -
Something similiar happened to me. Request an abstract report of your Texas license, it will show you possessed a CDL.
