That pipe and valve by drivers seat

    So I’ve seen pictures of some rigs with ~3/8” pipes with two 90* fittings and a 1/4 turn hand valve coming up through the floor next to the drivers seat. Mostly on older trucks. What in the heck is this? Fuel line shutoff? Bypass valve? Air line?
