    Adding along with that no life experience and a lack of situational awareness maybe. Some things many people will know it and do the proper thing without thinking about it and others need that AHA moment.

    In the case of this particular road... I believe the majority of the incidents are not folks with CDLs, but regular Joe blow folks using rented trucks... Many of them young college students.
