I would like to congratulate the state of Georgia for running the absolute worst Apportioned plate process ever.
    Just moved to GA

Fill out a ton of documents, emailed everything, sit around for multiple days. You would figure a walk up window somewhere in the state would be available to handle the process ....oh no that sees logical and “efficient” so THEY will not work that way
    Loss revenue
    Truck payments keep coming

I was told over the phone it has done away with A Commercial Tag office. Phone wait time is absurd too

What a POS way to do business.

It's not that hard to do online. What part are you struggling with?

To be honest, at least you get to sit and wait at home instead of having to drive to College Park not having all the same stuff filled out and ready, then get sent home to return when you have it all. As many times as it takes.

If you can't afford the time and calls to do it yourself, there are several agencies that will take your money to do it right and quickly. This is a copy/paste from my renewal notice. I have nothing to share about any of these, just offering a list FYI

Try Michigan when you have a standing audit and need to get plates for new trucks.
