The Dallas OC is a filthy mess

He's talking about the parking for Drivers' Personally Owned Vehicles (4 wheelers), which is often where family has to drop you off at. It is a half assed gravel lot to begin with. the orange netting that used to mark the rows apart from each other was ripped off except for where it hangs from sideways bent poles still stuck in the ground. There are literally piss jugs smashed throughout the lot. Trash is everywhere and windswept into the chain link fences. Sometimes the gate works, other times they leave it open (so much for security in dallas). The theme continues into the bobtail lot, to a lesser extent, since the individuals who frequently walk through the area sometimes pick up trash as they walk the lot. By the time you get to the shop and Driver Services it's a whole new clean world.
