You might have pointed out to him that immigration would have done his family good. It might have prevented inbreeding.
The journey begins - purchased a truck.

And don't sweat the bigots. Small minds. I usually ask them if they're native American and if they don't get what I'm getting at I just laugh at them and end the conversation.Lepton1, Oxbow, Feedman and 1 other person Thank this. -
To heck with the morons. From reading your thread & talking to you on the phone I can tell your good people. I don't care where you came from & you did it the right way. That accent though... Lol.

I was convinced i needed to work on the air flow under my trailer,
Do you think side skirts will help?

Airtabs and flow below or whatever? I can only guess you called into that carnie huckster KR. Did he tell you needed a Turbo 3000d too, lol. I obviously did NOT hear ya. As far as immigration goes, the feds and various state governments have pretty much made it into a cluster F, so anger and frustration isn’t hard to understand, especially in a low IQ industry like trucking. Legal immigration and illegal immigration has been confused by the main stream media on purpose for a decade now. It’s all part of the plan.

Last company job I had was owned by a Kiwi. Worked for him for just over 4 years. Small outfit that grew tremendously while I was there.
He taught me lot about the industry and the US immigration process. Good people in my book.blairandgretchen, Oxbow and Feedman Thank this. -
@blairandgretchen Pretty sure I passed you heading north on I-135 in Salina, KS today....I was going the other way headed back to the dock. Looked like you had quite the OSOW load on like your pics from a couple weeks ago.
blairandgretchen Thanks this. -

Johnny (escort) and I were back and forth between 15 and 19 on the CB, as not to tie up airwaves, he’s a nice guy to travel with. Not sure if you tried to holler out or not.
Yes - it’s a rinse and repeat from a couple of weeks ago, looks like there may be more after this.
I hate to say it, until it’s off the truck and in the bank, - and obviously the initial intrepidation has disappeared given that this is simply a repeat of the last load, with lessons learned . . .
It’s actually fairly straightforward and comfortable now. To push boundaries it needs to be wider and longer and generate more revenue.
However - counted chickens, pride before fall, never relax . . . we’ll master this level first before getting ahead of ourselves.
Now if I could just secure a cracker load out of Washington . . .
