    High revenue trailers, my guess
Double schnable, blade trailer for the 100meter blades, and 19 axle.

Yeah, I’m with you. If it can fit on a regular flat or step it’s hardly worth doing? Usually only pays a hundred or 2 more than regular legal load?
    What’s the point?

I have hauled some and will continue to do so but to many just bootleg them. Or just want to brag about there OS 8’7” wide load of plate steel.

Not going to complete with that?

I’m on one right now that is literally $100 less than the 60’ long loads. Mine are 50’. 3 states of permits. Granted I’m sure there running annuals but still? $100?

Brokered load - GYM is a Tim Batt cut and paste outfit - hardly worth the time, as you’ll be dealing with a desk dummy that will be relaying questions to 2, maybe 3 in betweens.

Speaking of barely oversize loads - 10’ 11”.

Flags stuck out further than the load.

I was reading through random state regs and one state's rules was that flags couldn't stick out any further than the widest part of the load... I have no clue which one it was, but so many contradictory rules from state to state, not to mention, what is the point of requiring a flag if it's not really visible?

There’s a few states that have it in there, Kansas regarding escorts has something along those lines.

NM wants flags on all 4 corners of trailer.

GA wants an amber light permit for $2.

Flagged and not escorting is a fine in some states.

It’s never ending. In fact, it’s interesting to look into the pilot car regulations too - Utah inspects upon entry, has specific dimensions on traffic cones, light sticks etc.
