It's a little different around here. They are strict with chain controls during snow storms.

NICE, since they walked away it could be kinda fun.

If I tried that here the wheat farmers would use my head for a golf ball.(we shot golf balls with rifles out here)

I thought it was going to be about incandescent vs halogen vs HID vs LED.

Ok it's like this.....since a couple of members are looking flex their winter driving muscles here, let me go on and explain myself. I drive anywhere, anytime, any weather condition, provided it's safe enough to do so.....my remark is really directed to 4 wheelers, or non professionals. I drive in snow year in and year out. I'm being paid to do it. That said, if I don't have to do it, im not going to do it. Sometimes its necessary. Sometimes it ain't. If I can afford to wait it out, I will.....its case by case. I know to drive in the snow, but it isn't me that I'm worried about. Its everyone else. I already have to think for myself and other drivers more often than not, and that's on dry land! Each situation is different and I make the safest, most sensible decision in bad weather. I don't have a need to flex my winter driving muscles. They're quite developed.....and many of us been out here long enough to make appropriate decisions.
