I am going to post this as a separate thread from the CR England thread to make it easy for people investigating starting companies. This original posting itself will be updated as things change so you don't have to dig through pages to find updated rates. I will list TOP 20 companies and no more than that. 20 Companies should be plenty to to get started with.

The companies listed below all meet the #1 requirement, in addition other provisions are listed below.

#1 companies must take brand new CDL drivers fresh out of school and/or offer their own schooling.

#2 This list only highlights the CPM rate, feel free to discuss or investigate other issues that may concern you(i.e APU's, Hometime, accessory pay, terminal locations, AVG miles Per Week, etc.) This is just to give raw numbers of what starter companies are offering.

#3 This list will be based off basic Dry Van rates. If a company has Reefer/Tanker, etc Divisions those rates will be listed as well but the ranking will be based off of dry van rates to keep things simple and fair.

#4 Hourly, Percentage, or salary will not be included as there are too many variables involved to compare to CPM based payments.

#5 All figures are based on being a company driver only, not O/O, L/O, or IC.

This post may not be any benefit to experienced drivers as you have other options available to you.

Edit: The info directly below has been updated here:

Your numbers for Crete are wrong. .45CPM for dry van and .48CPM for reefer. This is for new drivers fresh out of an approved school or 4months OTR with another company. This is after an up to 8 week paid training period.

Great Idea, I will add one for teams, may need help with rates from some of you, for companies that don't list team rates.
