You know, everybody has committed a crime..some get caught, some don't. A person doing time doesn't necessarily mean they're a bad person or bad worker. There are people who never get caught, and have no blemishes on their records. They could be the crappiest workers, but the person who was unlucky enough to get caught could be a business owners gem.
