I think they try and cut over off of US 93 and that is where a lot of the trouble begins. It's posted several places all around that area, but I bet when you talk to those drivers they never saw the signs. Inexperienced, confused, probably following the friggin GPS, and on a tight 2 lane with no reference points. Probably drive right by them and never see them.
