The #'s are not maken sence!!!

Im either haven a major brain fart or something im just not seeing...
Heres the scoop..

+ probe on center pin of coax and - on the gnd side(with antenna still attached on other end)and i get nothing on the multi meter(as if i didnt touch probes)..
Gnd to gnd and then it reads all zeros...
Antenna bracket itself with gnd probe and postive probe to top side of ant stud and it reads 000 for a second then goes up to approx 118 ohms...
On tje center pin of coax to top side of antenna stud i get 2ohms but that # floats a bit cause i cant get them probs to stay in place very well..

I do the same but with one probe on bracket and other on the threaded gnd and all zeros...

I now move over to my analyzer and my resistence reading(r# depending on freq)goes anywhere between 42 ohms to 52 ohms but my resonance points(x#) are 5 or less off zero...

What am i not seeing cause it seems my range is dwindleing...

Weather here in eastern canada is still crap so not much i can do till it gets better but what in the name of god am i missing..

 

Wtf is a phenetic insulator...Its a plastic one by the way...Dont remember the brand of stud..I changed out the last one i had months ago..I need some new ones..

 

It very possible..Not touched it most of the winter..I found a new wilson stud..Ill put it on tomorrow n see...
Im also pretty sure i got moisture down the riser where my whip goes into it..Its all siezed up to..To much of a rush when i installed and no anti sieze on the set screw and didnt seal it where whip slides in..To much of a kid in me rushed it..
Tomorrow is supped to be decient but also supped to get rain,see if i can get something done between rain drops..
