The strange reason new airplanes are green

In two words: Corrosion protection. The green “primer” protects the fuselage during transport from the manufacturer to the final assembly line.

 

That’s just what they’re telling us. The real reason is because aliens mistake green airplanes for other aliens so they leave them alone…usually.

 

Is it zinch chromate paint? That's what is typically sprayed on aluminum for corrosion resistance. I can't watch these AI generated videos they're hard to follow. Same with AI generated articles frikken run on sentences and repeating everything over a dozen times or more. I can't believe AI's actually taking real jobs.

I figured that's what it was. I knew it was used on US military planes in the WW2 era and apparently for a while after. You can see it in the wheel wells and other inner areas of airplanes from that era. Or hobbyist modeling planes painting them accurately. Like all good and great things I see it causes cancer according to wiki lol
