Did you offer any assistance and if so what kind other than standing on step taking pics?
I hejp a guy load one a little bigger in size once. It wouldn't get traction to climb the roll back. It was only 6-10 inches short so I help and used a chain and ratchet binder to pull it up enough to get all 4 wheels on then level the bed so it could move on its own. He couldn't run the machine and binder at the same time. I just happen to be in the right place at the right time. Of course the others watching wouldn't help.

I'm going out to put on 8 new drive tires (maybe 2 steers) after 1 more cub of coffee, I will take picture then. Not sure how to post pics but after rooting around I THINK I know how now. -
