    I'm that guy going 10 under the speed limit on a 2 lane that I'm unfamiliar with. Especially if its not time and raining. I can't see #### in the rain at night and id rather piss 10 people off stuck behind me than kill someone walking on the shoulder.

    Really, a wide open perfectly flat dry piece of state highway? I’m not opposed to caution I advocate it but ten under the speed limit on an open highway in broad daylight is just making people mad for no reason.
