    Check out my A list
Let me know who has the most on the list

I have some important questions ,I wander if they
Can be answered at all, Before any one says go google it!

let me tell you now, that companies lie just to get you in the seat!
With that said I think the best way to find out about trucking companies

is to ask the drivers who have been there done that, not from
some lying recrouter or company man.
So here is my list that I want from a company
    1. No forced Dispatch!
    2.Long Hauls!
3.Fleet manager to driver ratio: small
4.Company that only does one kind of running.
    5.Good pay 0.40 or more
    6.No new petes (they suck)!
7.Volvos would be nice or kenworth! (I know I`m pushing it right?)
8.A medium sized company that has 100 or a little more trucks.
    9.No North East!
    10.No short hauls!
    11. Paid holidays and paid vacation
    12.pet policy and rider policy
13.Health care free or cheap ,dental and eyes
14.Drop and hook only or mostly
    15. Guaranteed mileage
    16. No govern on truck
    17.No idle policy
    18. A.P.U.(optional)
    19.pre-pass
20.Able to preview in depth pre-assignments
    21. Real per-diam

So thats really just the start of my list.
If you would like to add to the list please feel free to do so.
We need to figure out who the real McCoys are !
Please help and advise, your wisdoms are greatly appreciated

Well I'd really have to see the whole list first. LOL. I would be inclined to agree with the other guy. Etheridge Trucking would be the only one I could think of. The only one that is run 100% like I want it is mine.:)

    Rusty Trawler Thanks this.

I have all but 9 and 19....my truck is governed at 70, so i am okay with dat. A few short hauls, but mostly 1000 out, then back. Paid by the load, but way better than .40 cpm. Your list is obtainable, but some compromise may find you happy.
