So had a belt go out and had Thermo king replace it. During that time they said it would not start and got stuck in boot up mode. Asked them if they tried to unhook battery and they said yes and did not work. I would need a new board at cost of $1600. Told them to put it back together and I would deal with it. That night I dug into it and unhooked battery cables and let it set for 15 minutes or so. Put it back together and bam started right up. No problems since. Just giving a heads up if you have this problem. Don’t get sucker into buying new board unless you can see a problem on the board.

Glad you got it figured out. Just because one Thermo King wanted to bend you over doesn't mean they're all bad. I was having an issue with mine a year or so ago and my local TK told me how to remove different fuses for that issue and wait a certain amount of time then try again. It worked and no problems since. It's a modern electronic device, just gotta troubleshoot and of course it helps to find good help.

I completely agree. My home town one is a little more honest as well. But being such a high cost for that board you would think they would be a little more honest about it. This was in Salt Lake City and they have great reviews. Now my home town one has #### reviews but mainly because they take to #### long. Salt lake did get me in fast so I was thankful for that. Maybe it was just the tech. Who knows but sad either way.
