Depends. If they concentrated the formula more or changed it to a degree that requires less of the additive. Then its not really an issue. Lot of reasons why they would have done so too. Material shortages, new laws banning an ingredient, new ingredient found that works better ect.

That said i dont use power service save the red bottle to shock a gelled tank. So no clue if its as effective or not as it was.

I kind of figured it might be more concentrated. They've certainly taken something out and I wonder what it is. Is it anti-wear additives? I know there are some which treat many many more gallons per ounce but in this age of shrinkflation where you get less for more money it pisses me off.

You know that most of the "liquid" in anti gel is diesel. Anti gel chemicals by themselves is a very small volume.

They have to ship the volume that they produce so there it has to be some reason why it was the way it was. It's not like they shipped 32 oz just because they want to. Every ounce in bulk costs money.

I buy concentrate in 55 gal drums, 14.96/gal. 1 gal treats 1000 gallons. What do you think they add to it to treat 300 gal? When put in 1 gal container

Tried to do it in emojis but I guess they're not supported.
