    Simple.
Stay in the left hand right lane and stay in line - instead of trying to pass everyone for that one second advantage.

Staying behind a slower vehicle and creating a bottle neck doesn't solve the problem.

Its stupid why they dont have a left lane for us on any major city I heard some cities east do I mean I just want to stay away from merging traffic and stay on speed. Just like Vegas lets us go right thru. All I want to do is get away from your city as quick as possible if I dont have a drop there period.

But yea it is a point. Like for example empties should be allowed on the third lane going up the grapevine. Some times the 2 lane is going well until a couple smart drivers going .5 mph faster decide to jump....and just F it up for empties and lights aaaaal the way to the top! Idiotas.

Take Arizona. No lane restrictions on 10 between Phoenix and Tucson and you never see the bottlenecks caused by middle lane runners like you see elsewhere

But then the loaded guy sees a "supposedly" empty truck out there passing so he jumps out there also. Empty skateboard is easy to see. All others is a crapshot. Law would never work.
