Just build your home out of concrete and it won't burn.

The story checks out. Apparently, the owner left during the evacuation order in another one of her personal vehicles, and the VW was still there when authorities checked everything in the area. Now the owner still isn’t allowed back in the area, along with other residents, but a snapshot of the vehicle shows the side that was facing towards the fire, so it didn’t come through completely unscathed.

"You obviously ditch every other car (especially when it's a Tesla) and rescue a rare Porsche 911 ." - Article

Ha, best line I've read in awhile in a news article.

I'm not a fan of Tesla or Musk. Never was, never will be. Thin skinned billionaires are hilarious.

    A fire blanket for houses.
Just would have to figure out how to install and store it.
Like they have hurricane barriers for windows and stuff. Why not a fire blanket for a house?
