    Had the truck driver been playing with his phone he wouldn’t have seen the car and wouldn’t of swerved and could still be alive.

    It’s getting out of hand with the cell phones these days. These states need to start doing what a few western states did and considing use of a hand held device while driving equivalent to dui and making arrests. And severe, I mean the most severe possible penalty for causing a fatal accident due to hand held phone use. No more of that crap where people just get a slap on the wrist.
