Roehl has had a long history of high driver turnover that is no surprise , it’s a training company that teaches newbies how to be good little robots. Driver facing cameras are there go to tool to drive you crazy but now they have Marten flunkey Tim Norlin bringing his high turnover numbers from Mondovi Marten over to Marshfield Roehl and hey why stop at drivers ? Let’s chase off all of the recruiters while we are busy chasing off all the good drivers ? Ya that’s it let’s make sure everyone is miserable at Roehl not just our drivers. How many millions $$$ does Roehl pay in the costs of driver turnover ? Is your turnover rate back over %100 again ? Now little timmy can drive the office staff away at Roehl like he did for Marten. Hey Rick are your numbers looking better now ?

Roehl loves to monitor everything they can monitor so hopefully little timmy or some other Roehl robot could chime in and enlighten us as to how he was parted with at Marten ? Mutualy ... fired ... escorted out ... escorted out with security ...

Who cares about the recruiters? They don't care about you.

It looks like Roehl and Marten think like you do. Good companies care about all of there people. I’ve been with good companies were it’s easy to get along with everyone.

Yes, good companies care about their people. Was Roehl really known for caring before this Tim guy signed on? Not all companies have recruiters, nor do they need them.

I’ve never known Roehl to be an intelligent company that cares about anyone. They have had driver turnover problems since before I ever knew them so how do they handle there driver turnover issues ? Well let’s hire this tiny timmy and have him try yelling and screaming at everyone in the recruiting department maybe then some how that will help us in bringing in new drivers and help us to not lose so many of our existing drivers. I guess this is actually more of an overall business rant in general ... I’ve seen companies that have issues and they seem to think if we do the same things that are already not working but if we become angry about it and yell and scream about it that will help. I’ve never seen that improve anything , only make things worse. Roehl went the training method because they said they couldn’t find enough drivers to do things the “Roehl way”. So now they teach there own newbies the “Roehl way” and have a %98 washout rate. What is the problem ? Maybe it’s not the thousands and thousands of drivers that leave maybe it’s the owner and his tiny timmy maybe if he just yelled and screamed some more a few more drivers may want to stay. These companies pour millions $ into ads and spend millions $ in recruiting but just can’t ever seem to find the right drivers. Strange how that works

I have some friends that are still at Roehl and they keep complaining that things are getting worse not better. I left a while back so no biggy to me but it’s not always so easy for people with children , mortgage payments , tuition payments etc etc ... Trucking can be a difficult industry we all know that but do the people that are supposed to be on your own team have to be the biggest problem ? Imagine your fielding calls all day from drivers that want better and you want to give them better but it is difficult because those drivers let you know a month later thanks a lot for getting me into this mess of a company. That guy used to do advotainment on that road dog radio show in the mornings. When he was at Marten and he would shine it on how great things are over here ... Then comes to Roehl and I have heard him on the phone yelling at women. Yelling at women. Why ? Ok Roehl sucks so you need to take it out on weaker people then yourself ? If your an anal crevice ok then be that way all the time with everyone so every one knows that is what you are. Don’t act 1 way to people you want something from and act a different way from your team. Or act that way in front of me I can handle it.

Hope that wasn’t a giant run on sentence
