Only one time I had a shipper refuse to load a reefer trailer. That was in Delaware; a palletized load of scrap copper from Egypt. The company wouldn't load it because the BOL required to pallets to be nailed to the trailer floor. So, had to be a wooden floor.

I question that Stat. 100% is "everyone". Im sure alot of us have been working for the same company more than a year.

You're right. Many companies, even with bad reviews, have drivers that have been there for years, even for 10 - 15 years or longer.
I always ignore bad reviews; I can make my own decisions.

I have a leaf blower and I couldn't get half the crap out of those corrugations as they wanted me to.

And there you go, getting the floor wet. Nobody wants to load a trailer with a wet floor. I don't know how, nor care to learn how, to operate the reefer unit. To me, reefers are just an annoyance. The trailers are heavy, noisy and mildew easily. I'll take dry van anyday. I've never heard of someone getting mad at a dry van drivers reefer noise.

I know they are necessary, but I don't care for them.

I'm doing good with wdt, but I learned policies by violating them. Not alot of details were covered while training.

No, it doesn't mean everyone. It means an equal number of drivers quit as positions that are filled by your company. Remember, drivers hired can quit the same position more than one time in one year for the company. If you have 500 drivers in your fleet, and lose 250 of them twice in one year, that's a 100% turnover. Because that's 500 new drivers you hired, in a fleet of 500 drivers.

That's how you can end up with turnover OVER 100%. You have 300 positions come open twice, that's 600 drivers you hired, in a fleet of 500, that's OVER 100% turnover.

For the company I got shot at we had 5 in orientation. After about 3 months, I think 3 or 4 had quit. I know 3 for sure, I never could inquire about the 4th but I never saw him anywhere in the fleet past about 6 months. We also had a wall with driver photographs on it and mine was the only one still on the wall from our orientation class after 6 months. One dude quit when they issued him a truck in the yard at the end of orientation and he went to it and a huge ### dog was in the truck and almost bit him when he opened the door, it was issued to someone already.
