We are an OTR company that specializes in high-value, aerospace freight and freight consolidation and we are looking for a few Professional Flatbed Drivers from your area. If you don’t have flatbed experience, you may qualify for our flatbed training program to get you the experience you need to become a successful flatbedder!

We now offer a “TRUE SALARY” for OTR & OTR/REGIONAL solos and teams. Solos start at $65k/yr and team drivers at $75k/yr each (that’s $150k a year combined for teams!). And that is just the beginning- in addition to this salary, you will have the opportunity to receive yearly performance bonuses, Safety bonuses, and annual raises for up to 10 years. OTR information is listed further below, but here are some details about the REGIONAL positions:

WESTERN REGIONAL (drivers from CA, OR, WA areas):

• Pickups/stops/drops primarily along the I-5 corridor
• Weekly opportunities for home time
• 1-2 yrs flatbed experience preferred
• Options to switch between OTR & I-5 corridor periodically if you want to
• Guaranteed $64,152/year ($5,346/mo) + Mileage-Based Accessorials + PTO Payout ($1,000) + Productivity Bonus + year-end Safety Bonus

NORTHEAST REGIONAL (drivers from OH, MI, PA, NY, NJ areas):

• Guaranteed home 2 weekends/mo.
• Likely hauling a conestoga trailer
• 1-2 years of flatbed experience preferred
• Salaried at $70,000/year ($5,833/mo) + year-end Safety Bonus + annual raise opportunities
• Must be able to go into Canada, OD experience preferred

DALLAS REGIONAL (drivers from the Dallas area):

• Primary duties include local/regional deliveries and other duties as needed by our Central planning team
• Home weekends, possibly a few nights during the week as well
• Mostly pulling a conestoga trailer, but also varieties of open deck trailers (tarping required with open deck trailers)
• 1-2 years of flatbed experience required
• Salaried at $62,000/year ($5,166/mo) + year-end Safety Bonus + annual raise opportunities
• Other opportunities to increase income based on other duties performed outside of the scope of regular deliveries
• Requires forklift training and certification (previous experience and/or the ability to obtain this certification is required)
