How hard is it to get someone on the phone while youre out on a run?
How hard is it to get someone on the phone at night or on the weekends and are they actually able to help in the same capacity as day shift?
If I stay out a lot will it be easier to work my way into oversize loads?
Is extra training for specific load types available?
Does the company's shop have to install my fridge for me?
What tools would you throw in your gig bag?
I have flatbed experience but never had to tarp, is there an art to it?
Do you find that you get to stay away from the east coast a bit more ? (Not my favorite place)
Still thinking of more questions...
If you guys have any suggestions that i didnt ask about I wanna hear em.
Thanks in advance.

Great answers..!!! -
They're allowed to idle and I'd bet they have inverters. -
(this will probably be a waste of time, buuuut here goes nothing)
TMC is a starter company...you know, hires rookies and have trainers and all that good stuff. If you have experience and not needing to ride along with a trainer, why are you looking at a training company? It's like being potty trained and shopping for Huggies.
"But Six, I want to get into oversized..."
They will make you wait a few years to get under an Rgn.
"But Six, I don't know how to tarp..."
There are videos on YouTube. You can use the videos to get the general idea and jump right in. If you're trying to move forward, move forward. You don't have to step backwards to reach your goal...well, unless you believe that TMC is the end all and be all of open deck trucking and you plan on being there for the next decade or longer. You will be the biggest kid in kindergarten.
