Newer Shiney black and chrome with leather...all that's great. But what's it like when it's 95 degrees and humidity the same and you're trying to sleep? Or there's a blizzard and it's 15 degrees with the wind blowing? What's the poop on TMC no idle policy?

If this is true then that shiney black and chrome tractor is fine, as long as you're going down the road.

You can idle. Once its 15* and below that they want you to idle your truck and in the summer make it so your driving during the day and sleeping at night. If you want to idle for the AC then you can, but a fan and a screen for the windows helps out much more then you would think. In the winter an electric blanket is like heaven also.

Your idle time is configured every month for your % pay so if your idle is way high then your pay wont be as high.

Deal with it,every company has that no idle policy and are too cheap to install APUS.
