TMC - whom should i talk to about getting a dedicated run?

Ok tmc guys..I need your advice. Whom do I talk to to try to get on a dedicated run (like OC etc) so I can get home each day? Ive tried the FM but my request seems to "fall through the cracks". Im not faulting my FM, I know hes got lots of other stuff goin on, and i do get along with him and get treated fine. My current route isnt even bad, but with recent things going on at home I really could use the "local" runs. I really dont want to leave, but if I cant get something local I may have to. ( Im not a job hopper, and overall am happy with TMC. They mostly have treated me fine, and I feel I do a rather good job for them. I just want to explore all my options)
