    That's why I love LTL. I get on the dock, unload, and soon as the manager says that i have to move. I ask them to just sign the BOL, and I'll be on my way. They don't seem to mind that.

    If anyone tells me to put their freight back on my truck and move for someone who has "priority", they won't see their freight that day.

    By just doing it. I dont know about his area but in so calif we had merchandisers for those stores. So we just dropped stacks in cooler or endcaps on store floor. Should take about half hour average. Hardest part was gettimg manager to open back door lol

    It basically comes down to the size of the shipment.

    If it's a 1 skid order and normal size, we're not waiting. It simply isn't cost effective.

    Depending on the size of the shipment, I'm not waiting. They can get it the next day. I have 4-15 more stops to do. I DO NOT, have the time to wait.
