    I had drove for this small company out of Ashland Ohio.There equipment is poor.The trucks and trailors won't pass inspection. They think its not necessary to pre employment drug test.They twist the fmcsa laws to fit there needs.Tell drivers you can drive your day out on elogs.Then switch over to 100 miles radius. When your clearly not within the laws to use that option.They want you to drive using PC to and from pickups.And there equipment is always getting rejected at shippers.They think if you pick a load up and dont deliver it you shouldn't get paid at least for picking load up.Poor DOT inspection record.Steer clear drivers..

    For my hopes and dreams that they would fix the problems.And actually serviced the vehicles as they promised.

    So basically you were ok driving the unsafe equipment as long as it was convenient for you.
    if drivers choose not to drive unsafe equipment then the owners would have no choice but to fix it, but drivers like you continue driving it and then when things go sour you come on here and ##### about the unsafe trucks. Yeah but you CHOSE to drive it, trucks don’t drive themselves.

    Clearly there is, he’s not the first driver to complain about a company having unsafe equipment that wouldn’t pass a DOT inspection. But the fact is he and the drivers like him are responsible for it, they drive the truck, park it until it’s fixed... oh wait that would require sacrificing time and money... can’t have that. Like I said, safety wasn’t an issue while it was convenient for him, then he leaves and all of a sudden the company runs unsafe trucks and blah blah blah
