    Hi quick question, last week I went to
    Pick up a load and waited at least 5 hours and they finally decided to cancel the load because it wouldn’t fit my truck. They knew of them the dimensions prior to me getting there , but still it wouldn’t fit . Is there anything I can do because I was there for my whole day . Can I bill them a cancellation invoice?

    They may try and give you $150 but you should get $250. I wouldn’t accept anything less. They need to send you a new rate con showing tonu.

    So should I send an invoice for either amount? Isn’t it to late to request a new rate con ? This occurred last Wednesday

    Well, it is very late for sure. This should have been done immediately. However, you can call and tell them you never received a new rate con for the tonu from last Wed. If you just bill them you won’t ever get paid.
