So it's true, trucking companies will work with anyone. I found job with an otr/regional trucking company. My work history was terrible

I'm no good, a lot of companies treat drivers different. I quit jobs often, I had 4 trucking jobs in one year. Some unemployment

OK put it all down, last three years need to be accounted for, and the carrier can do the leg work to confirm it, 4 in one year isn't bad as long as you were not fired for egregious behavior or serious violations.

I will warn others say this, companies were declining my application. Something about insurance and job hopping. Better off staying with company, higher pay means nothing

Job hopping sucks and quitting for silly reasons will really screw you. Hopefully this time it works for you. By the way , my 8 were way back in late 90's before i wised up

It'll close some doors if you aren't a little careful about that. I completely get it though...employees rarely leave good jobs for no reason. It's because the job sucked and trucking jobs can suck for a dozen different reasons. Some people don't tolerate that well and rage-quit too many times. Jobs where you drive a desk or work in retail or the service industry can suck too of course, but they can't eff with you as badly as they can when they've got you held hostage in their truck a long ways from home. I have quit driving jobs over unsafe/compromising situations or coercive or manipulative treatment from the office.
