I took a quick measurement on my fifth wheel camper and it’s 75 1/2 inches from the center of the king pin to the front of the camper.
I’m not sure if that measurement is standard on all campers or not.

Just measured one at work, it was 75 1/2 as well.

You can always get a pin box extension if there is not enough clearance. Of course they cost between $500-$1,000 depending on 5th wheel.

You will also need a converter for your pigtail. That's easy to make or even buy for less than $50.

Big one for me though is you don't want that 5th wheel pictured. You are not able to stand up in the bed area as the roof is too low. When I got my 5th wheel I thought it would not be a problem, just walk down the steps to dress. Well, it's a royal pain to deal with. I'm looking for another camper for that reason alone.

Yep those old low ceiling 5th wheels can be had for nothing because no one wants them anymore with out the raised bedroom ceiling.

Kind of like big RVs without slideouts. Gave away my dads 45 foot Monarch because lack of demand.
