Tractor Team needed for temperature controlled expedited freight

We need a tractor team immediately due to health issues with current team who can no longer drive. The team from ANYWHERE in the US with Class A CDL and 6 months tractor experience. MSR Transport Services is a Veteran Owned company providing FedEx Custom Critical and Panther with tractors & drivers. The business owners were all Transportation Officers in the Ohio Army National Guard & have many years of experience in the transportation sector, both military & private. Looking for a same household team or an established team with HAZMAT for a 2016 Freightliner Cascadia already hooked to a Great Dane FedEx owned reefer trailer.

Starting pay is either 40% of gross to team (minus fuel and tolls) or 60% of gross team plus 100% of fuel and tolls (driver pays for fuel and tolls). Tractor is on the flat-rate program, so it grosses $1.00 a mile on ALL deadhead miles and between $1.50 and $2.00 a mile for all loaded miles, plus additional accessorials. No negotiating! We up the percentage based on the endorsements teams have. DoD is available for this WG TVAL tractor-trailer team as well.

We pay rental car (not Greyhound) and hotel or flight to orientation and $100 a day to each driver from day 1 of movement to orientation, through class, and up until the truck is first dispatched.

This tractor is a 2016 Freightliner Cascadia with 72" condo sleeper, dual bunk, ParkSmart APU, refrigerator, microwave, 2500 watt invertor, and EpicVue In-Motion Satellite TV w/ 24" flatscreen (with NFL package) - all provided at no cost. Trailer is provided by FedEx and has a Thermo King Precedent unit. We have compensation packages in place to help drivers increase earnings & receive bonuses. Team drivers average $1,200 per week or more per driver. Monthly bonuses include truck revenue, driver referral bonus, and clean Level 1 DOT inspections. No forced dispatch, truck stays with the drivers. We provide fuel cards, EZ-Pass/Pre-pass, and more. It's like you own the truck without the financial hassle.
