In reading this thread, I've learned there are other drivers who worked as company drivers and owner operators who have had there paychecks literally STOLEN and held back by tradewinds officials, because Mathew Deck, Adam Blake, and others who hold office at Tradewinds Logistics THINK that the injustice they have adopted as a culture will go unpunished. "HELLO! IT'S TIME TO PUT AN END TO THE REIGN OF THIS BEHAVIOR. Anyone who wants to get the money we are owed, PLEASE, contact me as I also worked for them as a company driver and an owner operator. Initially, early December, I gave Tradewinds a 3 week verbal notice of leaving at the end of the year. The week after while I was at home waiting for my replacement phone to arrive before I got back on the road, I received a phone call from the maintenance guy around 6 PM on a Tuesday evening, the day before my pay was to drop in my account. On Wednesday, I had no pay. That was December 18th they held that check. They also held my January 1st pay and they also have my escrow pay which is in the form of words called a Performance Bond. I owe them not a single penny. I will get what's owed me and if anyone else is owed money from tradewinds, if you will join forces with me, a class action suit could possibly yield us all the retribution we've been seeking and maybe, just maybe the complete end of business cultures seeking to get fat off our families income of which is the reason we were at tradewinds in the first place. Looking forward to us taking back what belongs to us. We may not have a voice as one individual with this company, but as a group, many people will take notice and hear us. Thank you for listening. Now, lets go git some!

    Hey Bryan21384!
Initially tradewinds held back from me $4,600. Two weeks ago they sent to my home, my first of 3checks which was $2,100. In order for me to get that, it was a very painful process of events I had to suffer. Not sure why I waited till last thursday or Friday to contact them but when I finally was able to talk to someone, (the maintenance guy) he referenced he was emailing that VP to get some kind if intel. His response was, I should get it by Friday the 24th January. Today is Tuesday. Needless to say, "The check is in the mail," cliche, is just that. I am moving forward with my campaign to end these unjustifiable business tactics within the culture of tradewinds. The book of the law of God says in Leviticus 19:13 "Do not defraud your neighbor or rob him. Do not hold back the wages of a hired man overnight " God also says, "Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. From the book if James 5:4.

Just out of curiosity, what did the maintenance guy call about? I'm assuming this was someone from the company, and not just some random greasemonkey.

Hey thereJonJon78! No sir. This was not a lease purchase but I had bought my own truck while working as a company driver for tradewinds. Just to note, I had been working on my credit of which enabled me to aquire my 2015 Pete 579 with 455 horses. The paychecks I was making as a company driver kept me and my family in lack, truth be told. Financially, trying to support a family as a driver at tradewinds is very hard even though they pay you .60 per mile. I was averaging approx 1400-1800 miles a week. So if anyone thinks like I did when initially coming into tradewinds that they will make a decent pay, That person will be highly disappointed only to find out that you have to resart your job search or plan your exit strategy. Pleade note that I am not sone disgruntled person talking out of my rear end. My mission is to educate everyone about the unsavory business practices employed by the peoples culture and to get back as much of the stolen funds taken from me and the other drivers, no matter what it takes. They profess one of God's scriptures on their trailers and mud flaps of which they have perverted. I cannot remember what it says but if anyone will take notice of their older trailers bearing that quote, please relay it to me as it would be important.
