Traffic attorney recommendation — Wayne County Indiana

Need traffic attorney recommendation — Wayne County Indiana, CDL/CMV ticket
Hey all, got a workzone speeding ticket issued by Indiana State Police on I-70 in Wayne County (MM 144.90). 65 in a 55, IC 9-21-5-11(c)(2), workers not present. Issued in a CMV over 26k lbs.
Court date is 7/27/2026 at Wayne County courthouse in Richmond. Looking for a local traffic attorney who:
Has experience with ISP tickets in Wayne County specifically
Can appear on my behalf (I'm OTR, can't make the date)
Can get this amended to a non-moving violation to keep my PSP clean
Not looking for a national CDL service. Need someone with actual relationships at that courthouse.

Already tried Chambers Law (defendindy.com) out of Indianapolis, they said Wayne County is too far for them to take on. Still looking.
This is my first ticket in a CMV in 15 years of driving so I'm not panicking, just want to handle it right and keep my PSP clean. 10 over, no workers present, so it should be workable with the right local attorney. Just need someone who actually knows that courthouse.
