Traffic Ticket question

    Is an expired registration ticket considered a traffic violation? If it was paid and dealt with would it still be on my record from 2.5 years ago? Should I be worried about it?

    I would check with the local courts but it shouldn't be as it's not a moving violation. I got one with a junker car parked where my garage used to be, also adjacent to the alley and a crab a_ _ neighbor. Plates were expired so he called da bulls.
    And no engine in car. Cop said shoulda pulled the plates! Yea, then crab a_ _ woulda called it in as an eyesore. He laughed at that, then gave me the ticket.
