Trailer lights not working blown fuses, short is in the truck?

    Hello group all my truck lights work fine but my trailer stops , hazards and right turn signal don’t work. truck fuse keeps blowing up can’t find the short ,everything used to work fine it isn’t the trailer cause I’ve switched 3 trailers and the problem continues any help thanks

    Check the wiring from the trailer plug back to the fuse panel. Probably rubbed through on the frame or something like that.

    Take your small screw/driver and with pig tail unpluged at both ends unscrew the screw holding the cover at end of plug, pull cover back to look at wires that should be held down with larger screws, you may find a wire or 2 lose and shorting out your truck fuse?

    Pig tail, or the wiring inside the truck.
