Trailer that hauls 5 to 7 3 yard Bins

Does anyone know the manufacturer of the trailers we used to see a lot in Southern California that allowed a driver to roll a small wheeled bin on to forks and then the forks just lifted the bin a few inches off the road. There would be 5 or perhaps 7 positions on this trailer which was a gooseneck style pulled by a smaller pickyp size flatbed.
