"During the investigation, the driver was identified as having outstanding felony warrants out of Georgia and was taken into custody,” the agency said.
Likely no bail and a lengthy sentence for the repeat offender.

With the theft amount and the fact that it crossed state lines I would imagine a stint in Club Fed would be the order of the day. All that copper tubing is literally worth more than the tractor trailer it was hauled in!
