i dont care what any one says about usa or any other company some work out for u and some dont its all what u make it to be u can fire ur fm { fleet manger} and even ur om { operation manger } as far as the shops there only two that i know of that have good service and that is bethal pa. and ronoake va they do a very good job. the company has changed alot sence the new ceo has taken over and it could be for the better or the worrsed so lets just see. home time is in ur control i stay out 35 days at a time and by usa rules i have two come off the road at that time and be off for 5 days so work with ur fm and get them two work with u
