There is an on-going legal issue between the factoring company and a broker – it looks like somebody gained access to the factoring company’s system and requested from the broker to change the bank account into which to deposit the funds for various bills. Broker started deposit into new account only to find out that it was compromised. The factoring company is now holding on to our funds due to a legal dispute between them and the broker – we are quite dumbfounded that they posted a false statement about an ‘unresolved claim issue’ when there is clearly no claim involving our services.
