Sorry, I realize these “transferring to another state” threads can get quite monotonous, but I did a Google search on this and couldn’t find a straight yes-or-no answer.
If I were to move to Florida (from Georgia, if that matters), would I be able to transfer my haz/tank endorsements with my CDL, or would I have to take the hazmat written again, even if I obtained it only months ago?
Each state is different. Some states you can transfer no problem, and with others, you have to actually take another road test, in addition to retesting for the endorsements!! (I believe Illinois is such a state).

In most states you will have to take the written hazmat test again.

Illinois is not normal.
Should just have to take the test on the DMV computer. -
