Transferring company from IL to CA

    I have recently moved from IL to CA and would like to transfer my small trucking business together with me (legally speaking: to transfer USDOT number and whatever else is required). Does anyone know how to do that?

    Do I need to establish a new company in CA? Is there a way to apply for a transfer?
