Good day road warriors,
Hoping to get some advice and or some help to find a resource. I got a 2005 Volvo 670 with a 3-pedal automatic. I want to change the transmission over to a 10-speed manual. Anyone ever done this, or got any references? I am in Georgia.

I did that with a 2000 T800 last year. It is a farm sileage truck. It was breaking down every year. Corn stalks mud and water caused lots of problems.
Purchased all the parts from Kerns in Atlanta. Drive shaft worked. Had to cut out the floor. They sent the sick boot and everything. Now it is a super truck. Cost about $4,000.00. Or they will do it for you.
TH Evans LKQ in Athens way possibly be able to help you also. -
Know a guy that has an IH Prostar, was one of the first couple years that auto-shift was an option. Transmission was the 6-10 Eaton Fuller Road Ranger. Pulled back the rubber flooring, and the ‘knock out template’ for the shift tower was there. Under the dash by the brake pedals most of the hangers were there for clutch and linkage. When to scrap yard got shift tower, and most of what they needed. Had to fabricate a few pieces, but he claimed wasn’t too bad. Unbolted the auto-shift box from the top of transmission, plugged the air lines running to it, bolted down the shift tower. Connected the clutch and linkage, and ready to roll. Claimed they never touched the ecm. At the time, being they had their own shop, it cost about $1,700.00.

I thought the auto shift cases did not have a hole for the shuttle valve plunger in the left side of the case?
