Sounds like a good place to go if O/O, usually you hear the opposite when it comes to the ole Company vs O/O. If a company has a mix, you usually hear that they take care of the company trucks, have to make the truck payments. Are you a new hire, cause you know if so they hired you to get rid of the overpaid old hands.

I'd say I have a lot to un-learn..but it's only two or three items, so it should go fast. -
they send out 'grade cards' every year. I got one for last year a week before they fired him. Everything was excellent. Unemployment was allowed because "they discharged without just cause". It happens, people get fired for no reason. I have proof he was an excellent driver so dont tell me there is more to the story.
