After listening to various Comments and following through(Checkout previous thread..Transport America Problem that is Industry Wide)..I have some new info... All of the Gov't Agencies...OSHA and FMCSA are powerless to help us truckers.They have no authority to get ALL information the company has....most importantly,the qualcomm messages.I have since filed a lawsuit and my lawyer says to expect a long drawn out fight because that's how these companies work.Draw it out and hope the complaintant,Me,loses interest or money.So beware,there really is no way to cover your ### and be truly safe.These companies have all the power and they know it!
